In short: this site uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics. The contact form sends nothing to the site: it prepares an email in your own mail client, which you review and send yourself.
What this site collects
No personal data is collected by the site: no account, no form, no analytics cookie. The host keeps technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and availability, according to its own retention periods.
If you book a meeting
The “Book 30 minutes” button is an outbound link to Calendly, a third-party service. No Calendly script is loaded on this site: until you click, no data leaves. If you do book, the information you enter is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and passed to me so the meeting can take place.
If you email me
Your address and the content of your message are kept in my professional mailbox for the duration of our exchange and the commercial follow-up arising from it. They are never sold or passed to third parties.
Social media publishing application
The application used to publish to LinkedIn and TikTok is a personal tool, not open to the public:
It publishes only to Claire Van De Sype’s accounts, after her explicit authorisation.
It reads, collects and stores no data belonging to other users of those platforms.
The access token is kept locally, on her own machine, and is transmitted to no third party.
Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the settings of the account concerned.
Measurement data
The record is built from public job and assignment listings. The published figures are aggregated: they contain no personal names and no contact details. No listing is reproduced on this site.
If you submit a SKARAB file
SKARAB is the business-introduction service described on its own page. If you submit a file, I collect your CV, your speciality, your day rate, your availability and your geographical scope. You entrust me with this data voluntarily, within a contractual framework.
Why: to identify, among the public assignments I survey every day, those that match your profile. Nothing else.
To whom, and what: to the clients and consultancies publishing assignments that match the scope you declare — roles, minimum day rate, area. What is sent is your ANONYMISED skills file: no name, no surname, no contact details. Your identity is disclosed only with your agreement, when a client asks to meet you. You mandate me for that, and you are told of every submission. You may exclude clients by naming them: I do not approach them. Outside that scope nothing circulates, and I build no database that is sold or shared.
For how long: as long as you wish to stay in the pool. With no word from you for twenty-four months, your file is deleted.
Where: in my mailbox and on my workstation, encrypted. If a submission form is used, the host of that form is a processor under the GDPR and will be named here before it goes live.
To erase it: one email to claire.vandesype@pmo-laboratory.com is enough, with no justification. Your file is erased within eight days and I confirm it to you.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data concerning you by writing to claire.vandesype@pmo-laboratory.com. You will receive a reply within one month. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
